WOOD WICK CANDLES
- To light, let the flame go across the full length of the wick.
- The first time you burn your candle, let the wax melt evenly to the edges, to prevent “tunneling".
- Trim the wick to 1/4” tall before each use and keep the wax clean from any charred wood or debris.
- Avoid burning your candle for more then 4 hours at a time.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended; be sure to place away from flammable objects.
- Keep candles out of reach of children and pets.

Shipping:
All items are poured by hand, and made to order. We only ship within the United States. All orders are processed and shipped from MN within 7-14 business days. Once shipped, continental domestic orders may take 2–4 days to arrive, dependent on location. Alaska and Hawaii may take a bit longer. Phynix Fire Candle Co. prefers UPSU shipping (estimated 1–4 days) but might use UPS or DHL.
Refunds + Exchanges:
All sales are final!
We carefully inspect all products before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to cicero@phynixfire.com within 7 days of delivery.
We will gladly exchange your unused product for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return and shipping of exchanged items.
