Shipping policy

 

Every Phynix Fire Studios order is prepared fresh in small batches. Please allow 2–3 weeks (14–21 calendar days) for processing before your order ships or becomes available for pickup.

Candle products require a minimum two-week cure period, allowing the wax and fragrance to bind properly and reach their intended performance. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Shipped orders are released after processing. Tracking information will be provided once an order leaves our studio.

Local pickup is available by appointment only. Customers must email cicero@phynixfire.com before placing a pickup order. Pickup timing is based on mutual availability and is not guaranteed until directly confirmed.
